Syralis Records integrates with third-party social media platforms to provide content publishing and account management features. When you connect a third-party account, we may collect and process the following data:

2.1 TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account to Syralis Records, we access TikTok's API services to enable content publishing on your behalf. Through this integration, Syralis Records may collect and process:

  • Basic Profile Information: Your TikTok display name, avatar, and open ID, used to identify your connected account within the Syralis Records platform.
  • OAuth Tokens: Access and refresh tokens required to authenticate with TikTok's API on your behalf. These tokens are stored securely and used solely for publishing content and maintaining your connection.

Syralis Records uses this TikTok data exclusively to provide video and image publishing features within our platform. We upload and publish content to TikTok only when you explicitly initiate or schedule a post. We do not sell your TikTok data to third parties. You may revoke Syralis Records' access to your TikTok account at any time by disconnecting the integration within your dashboard or through your TikTok account settings.

Your use of TikTok through Syralis Records is also subject to TikTok's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2.2 Other Platform Integrations

Syralis Records may also integrate with other platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, and other music or social media services. When you connect these accounts, we collect similar categories of data (profile information, content data, and authentication tokens) as needed to provide the relevant features. Each integration's data usage is limited to the functionality described within the Service.

3. How Syralis Records Uses Your Information

Syralis Records uses the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Syralis Records platform and its features
  • Publish and schedule content to connected social media platforms on your behalf
  • Process artist applications and manage artist profiles

Syralis Records implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored using Google Firebase services with encryption at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens for third-party platforms are stored securely and are only accessible by authorized server-side processes.

6. Data Retention

Syralis Records retains your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a third-party integration (such as TikTok), we delete the associated access tokens and account data from our systems. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information held by Syralis Records:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information Syralis Records holds about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
